


a. Don’t advertise your life to people. Don’t make it convenient for everyone to know everything about you. Few people deserve to know it all. Fewer deserve to have it served to them. Don’t be a recluse, but let people seek you out. If your life’s events are important to them, if you are important to them, let them make the effort to stay in touch.
b. Tell your truths to only those who have the capacity to respect and guard them.
c. You’ll finally stop sharing too much with too many when you realize, for most, your stories are not interests but entertainment.
