I’ve learned that both pain and privilege have the same and only two good purposes. Elevation and alleviation. Elevation of thought, and alleviation of suffering. Yours or another’s. I write for these purposes.

Other than writing, I’m very interested in conversation, books, movies, eating out, and travel. And in ideas, performances, and performing. And in . . . . . . .

Friends tell me I can go on endlessly. Well, I do love to talk. More so when it’s me that I’m talking about. Friends’ words again. :)
