The one thing about growth, the thing that cannot be negotiated, is this. To continue growing, you’ve to keep shedding, even destroying, things you’ve possessed, built, or acquired up to the point you’re currently at, the point you’re to grow beyond. It might be terribly easy, it might be unimaginably hard, but it cannot be negotiated.
